A lot has happened since the project kicked off in Tartu in November last year. The Milestone One is now in the books meaning that 6 out of 21 project deliverables have been completed. Feel free to read or download the publicly available ones on the Project Deliverables page.
At the core of the package lies the SECURE-NET Secondment Strategy and a comprehensive plan detailing all 35 projected talent visits from academic to non-academic partners or vice versa. At the same time, we have established project governance and data management principles as well as defined dissemination, exploitation and communication activities. Finally, a comprehensive plan for mitigation of risks related to secondments in Ukraine has been prepared.
The first of the planned secondments are already underway and we are looking forward to discussing the results during the first training workshop taking place in Kaunas in August later this year.
